Welcome to Interstellar Collectibles. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

Interstellar Collectibles reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Product Information

We specialise in collectable items including, but not limited to:

Trading cards
Memorabilia
Autographs
Vintage collectibles
Relic and custom collectable products
Limited edition items

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to lighting, screens, and photography, colours and appearance may vary slightly from actual products.

Many collectable items may naturally contain:

wear
imperfections
ageing
manufacturing inconsistencies

These characteristics are considered part of the collectable nature of the product. Wherever possible, the condition of the item will be mentioned in the item description. Where an item being sold is clearly in used or circulated condition (other than items that are clearly second hand, vintage, antique or in the case of currency circulated) this will be stated in the item description.

Where multiple similar items are available for purchase, a stock photograph of that item will be used for marketing. Any purchase made is on the basis that the item you receive will be similar in nature but may not be the exact one displayed on the product page. Similar items that are very clearly a variation of the same product (for example have a unique inscription or are signed by another person) will have their own listing entirely.

3. Grading & Condition

Interstellar Collectibles does not offer a grading service. Any official grade spoken to in an item description, will relate specifically to the grade assigned by an internationally recognised grading agent or service.

Interstellar Collectibles is not responsible for any grading error or dispute arising from the grading by a third party.

Unless explicitly stated:

Any item offered has not been professionally graded
Condition assessments are subjective
Customers should review all photos carefully before purchasing

We do not guarantee third-party grading outcomes from any other company

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

limit quantities
discontinue products
cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory errors, or suspected fraud

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.

5. Custom & Handmade Items

Custom products, made-to-order items, and personalised collectables may require additional processing time.

Because custom items are created specifically for the customer:

all custom sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

6. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within the stated processing time shown at checkout.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

carrier delays
customs processing
weather
holidays

Interstellar Collectibles is not responsible for delays once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If a package arrives damaged:

customers must contact the mail carrier and file a dispute
photos of packaging and contents may be required

Interstellar Collectibles is not responsible for:

stolen packages after delivery confirmation
incorrect addresses entered by customers
Damage caused in transit

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of collectable products, all sales are final.

Returns may only be accepted if the wrong item was shipped

Approved return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

remain in original condition
include original packaging possible

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Authenticity Guarantee

Interstellar Collectibles offers a wide variety of items that have been sourced from many vendors globally. Interstellar Collectibles offers an authenticity guarantee on signed items that have been authenticated by us and bear the Interstellar Collectibles validation sticker and certificate. Those items may have been obtained directly from an industry professional or via their agent but will not have been witnessed by ourselves. Interstellar Collectibles will take reasonable steps to ensure their authenticity.

This does not apply to:

Items authenticated by Interstellar Collectibles where the accompanying certificate displays the word “Witnessed” on either the front or rear
Any item offered and advertised as being sold in direct partnership with the industry professional
Any Item that has clearly been authenticated by a recognised 3rd party authentication service and displays the associated sticker or is accompanied by the appropriate certificate
Any item that has been purchased directly from an industry professionals website for resale (for example CD’s, posters and tour merch)
Cut swatches of fabric or other medium

All of the above mentioned items are final sale and excluded from any authenticity guarantee offered by Interstellar Collectibles

Any other autographed item bearing our validation sticker that falls outside of the scope listed above shall be afforded an authenticity guarantee for one year from the date of purchase. This is not transferable and the total value of the guarantee shall be no more than the price paid for the item including delivery charges (The total invoice as it relates to that item)

To make a claim, a customer must use the online contact form. To satisfy that claim, documentation must be provided from an internationally recognised authentication service denying a certificate of authenticity. The customer will be required to return the item in its original condition together with all original documents supplied by Interstellar Collectibles and a copy of the documentation from the recognised service that refused to authenticate the item.

Please note, Interstellar Collectibles will not cover the costs associated with authentication by a 3rd party service or return shipping.
